Our wild ride
Sticking with the theme "Functional, not fancy, for 2026", we're building some web pages we'll be launching soon. That's the good news for this moment. The bad news is that the product creator has passed away leaving the product, IP and everything related to his family.
This isn't the best solution, in most situations, but since this project was family inspired, developed and driven, there are hands to catch whatever falls and a ton of experience to put to work. Not to fear, as we know what we have, what we're doing and where this is going. Over 40 years of experience is on hand, ready to face the challenges that are ahead of us.
Copycat products are nothing new, and as we move forward, there may be those who believe they have rights, perceived ownership or entitlement by association. The UroCycler has faced many uphill battles, so we're ready for what may lay ahead. There are crackpots and thieves around every corner. Because personal and product integrity are very important to us, we'll not likely be writing about them here, unless we have to. Fair warning ...
We'll have a phone number setup shortly for inquiries. To start, it will be a voice message based service, old school. Call, leave a message to let us know what information you seek and we'll call you back. We'll develop a FAQ from those calls to be posted on this website. Plain, simple, functional, not fancy. Because if you're looking for the type of relief that the UroCycler can provide, you've likely had a long journey and we'd rather focus on helping you, not adding to the likely frustrations.
We still have a lot of work to do to get ready, and any death in any family is likely to cause a disruption, and this is no different. We'll get through what we have in front of us. The passing was unexpected in the time, but like for all of us, it was inevitable. Regardless, we're moving forward so we can help you. Cheers!
